Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
We cannot combine shipping costs for multiple orders, modify, or cancel any orders once they have been submitted.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During times of high volume this is subject to change. 

Shipping times are based on our best estimate. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local postal service office, which may cause it to take longer for an order to be delivered.

Once an order ships, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to the registered email address on our site. Orders generally take 2-5 business days from ship date until delivery. *This excludes APO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territory addresses

Please note that once a package is scanned Delivered by the postal service we are no longer responsible for any missing packages. 

Mettle Mesh is not responsible for packages that are stolen, missing, or shipped to an old or invalid address provided by the customer.
